KEY LEGAL DEVELOPMENTS
- The Advertising Board examined the subscription processes of 11 digital platforms, including platforms such as Netflix, Spotify, YouTube and Amazon Prime. The Board evaluated the request for payment information during the free trial process, the use of the phrase "Most Popular" for a certain option among various subscription options and described these issues as unfair and deceptive commercial practices.
