The third session of the Pitstop series, titled "6 Technologies for Digital Human Resources," has concluded, with participation from 63 different corporate companies across 14 industries, totaling 145 corporate employees. In this session, six different technology companies that develop technologies focused on human resources presented their innovative solutions. The technology companies provided participants with an important checklist to manage HR-focused business processes more efficiently.
Corporate Participants' Priorities for Employees
In pre-session one-on-one surveys regarding the six technologies related to recruitment, compliance & sustainability, efficiency, performance, wellness, and feedback & talent management, significant feedback was gathered on the priorities of corporate representatives in HR processes. Outcomes of the Session
In this online session, which lasted just over an hour and featured a total of 145 participants from 14 different industries, predominantly from retail, automotive, and FMCG sectors, questions were asked regarding the solutions presented by technology companies. Additionally, after the session, technology companies received over 30 meeting requests. These requests indicate that we connected with the right technology companies and clearly identified the needs.
