Operational Efficiency in After-Sales Services - PitStop #4

As we approach the 4th session of the PitStop series, scheduled for October 22, we asked representatives from 59 different corporate companies and 100 corporate representatives, "What are the key areas you prioritize to increase operational efficiency in after-sales services at your organization?"
Based on the responses we received, you can see the answers to this question in the table below.
The top three priorities are customer focus, communication, and field operations, while the second part includes supply chain, planning and optimization for logistics, and warranty processes. Considering that there are 5 days left until October 22, we should keep in mind that these percentages may change.
